At C'est Si Bon you will experience the culinary delights of owner Ken Mills' creations. While owning and operating as the executive chef at his famous New Orleans restaurants, Ken discovered his knack for blending various seasonings to make his own unique combination of Cajun flavors his patrons love. He even makes his own dressings which are for sale in the restaurant.
Ken further developed his love for creating delectable cuisine in culinary school in England. He obtained his business administration degree from Southern University in New Orleans. Eventually moving to Oklahoma, Ken founded C'est Si Bon.
C'est Si Bon is a true family owned and operated restaurant with Ken's daughter, Brooke, also working as a sous chef and taking orders. Eventually, Brooke will take over C'est Si Bon as sole proprietor to continue the family tradition. Ken’s wife, Christina, joined the family tradition when the business grew to a second location. She is the manager and co-owner of the new Del City location at Sooner & I-40.
